As the Managing Partner of Beyondteq, Dr. Thomas Alexander brings his vast and diverse experience from deep involvement at the helm of construction, trading, hospitality, healthcare, engineering design, education and IT services industries. He has been honored in the Forbes 100 and GrayMatter Super 100 lists of top business leaders.

Born and raised in the Sultanate of Oman, with his education in India and Edinburgh, Aadil has advised and invested in startups in organic farming, real estate development, healthcare & fitness, entertainment and more. Dr. Arun Surendran

Dr. Arun Surendran has decades of experience in engineering innovation, entrepreneurship and education as a mentor, adviser and investor. Associated as a Senior Fellow with flourishing business incubators and think tanks, he closely follows the disruptive technologies developing around the world. A startup enthusiast from his student days, Dr. Arun is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay with his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Texas A&M University.

Sachith is Chief Investment Officer of BeyondTeQ responsible for investment strategy, deal sourcing , monitoring, and managing investments across GCC, India , US and Europe. He is an industry veteran with 23+ years of global experience as an entrepreneur , technology/business/operations leader, and early-stage investor in start-ups. Sachith is also Founder and Managing Director of Start2Scale, a leading start-up accelerator and transaction advisory firm. Sachith holds an MBA from Univ Of Texas and BTech from College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
